ROME DAY UNO!

Hola! and welcome to rome day ONE! After we endured a 8 hour flight from new york, and almost puked up 2 airplane food meals, I was pretty tired, and was in no condition to look at millions of two thousand year old buildings AT ALL! So we decided to save stuff we wanted look at and appreciate the awesomeness of for a day when Everyone wasn't trying to cut each other's heads off! Anyways here are some of my first sights in Rome!

COBBLE STONES! Yup that's right, rome is covered in trillions of
these thousand year old stones! What little troopers!

My first roman "pot hole"

MY very first REAL PIZZA! And i'm telling you, after you've had
the real stuff there's no going back!

My first roman wildlife spotting!

The first roman street sign! Ain't that classy?

My very first gelato! It was chocolate and vanilla,
but apparently romans like to fancily name everything!
The flavor had like 13 letters in it! It's like the word gelato,
trying to be all fancy when all it is is super sugary ice cream with a lower
freezing point!

THE ELEVATOR!!!!!!!!! It was so stinking small!
Probably trying to keep us AMURICANS (yes, I do mean amurican)
from riding in thier elevators!

My first sighting of a fast food place!
However, I never would've imagined it would be Burger king....

He he he roam cops! The one with the machine gun is most definitely my favorite!

the roman airport!

Well, it may appear like Day one was pretty boring, BUT young grasshoppers, looks can be deceiving! It was actually really fun! We went on this tour bus ride all around rome, however, I fell asleep 10 minutes into it because I for one, had been up for 24 hours straight, and two, the tour guide was really boring and to hard to understand in his seemingly Superior Italian accent!
PEACE,EDWELLA,LOVE,AND SMILEYS =D =) =P =l

ROME......... getting there..........

My daddy and I with our amazing bandannas in the
Phoenix airport

All of us with our awesome possum bandannas (Deanna,
Kennedy, Noah(Deanna's nephew) and my daddy)

us in the airport patiently awaiting the arrival of our
roman plane.

The empire state building! Ain't it purdy?!

the little air conditioned tunnel you walk through to get
to planes!

Well, is that efficent or what.......... you bet your bubble
sheet it is!

this had to be THE BEST part of the whole plane ride....... ASTRONAUT ICE CREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you've had freeze dried ice cream your world is never ever the same.

Well weren't my airplane adventures amazing?????????? It was actually pretty boring, and I now understand why that airplane food joke is sooo funny........ :)

A very lovely saturday!

Wow! Man, for the last couple days i've been like INCREDIBLY BUSY, simply leaving no time for such a pleasurable blogging session. But sadly my fun is over, and now I turn to my blog, so I can brag about how fun my Saturday was! But what made this saturday so fun? You ask. Well this weekend was my good friend Kayleigh's Bat mitzvah!!!!!!! I woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed and then after waiting for my mom and watching half of a cool mermaid movie (not ariel) (just in case your wondering) (I mean seriously, how many mermaid movies are there!!!????? Then picked up my budday (I like saying buddie like that)(it's gonna be my new thang, haha get it instead of thing! Man am I funny!) Bailey and headed over to the temple for the ceremony. And that's when I saw my teachers!!!!!!! Isn't it bad enough we have to see them at school but now they're going to church with us????? Even worse they sat right next to us, so we had to acted well behaved or they would've like, threatened to send us to ISI! (In school intervention) Well, other then that the service was really nice, and very much like Kayleigh, which was really cool because it should be that way, in my opinion. So after the service we all went and ate lunch, which was mostly cookies and fruit for me. And after that me and my budday bailey decided we wanted to go to the mall, with some kids from the service since we had like 5 hours until the after party, or should I say Par-tay! (yeah it goes along with my whole a word thing) While at the mall with many friends, Madi says she needs a gift for kayleigh and so We started thinking and came up with the bestest gift EVER! A BUILD A BEAR! So off we skipped to build a bear where we all built kayleigh a bear! After the mall we went home and got ready for the after party, which was quite some fun! There was a DJ and some cool lights and a bunch of other par-tay items! Here are some pictures of our awesome mall adventure, the service and the after Par-tay!
Abbie And I!
Our shoes, vans VS. converse.
Rayann and tanner, they looked very very bored.

My science teacher, Mr.cupp, was there and I yelled at him because When I tried to
get a picture with him on the last day of school he walked away and I only had pictures with 3 of my four teachers so This is my substitute picture... :(

At the T- mobile stand in the mall where Eli asked the guy if he remembered him from 2 weeks ago. We're pretty sure he didn't.

Well as you can see my weekend was pretty dang amazing, and If your the slightest bit jealous, well I don't blame you bacause it was a pretty awesome day! OH NO I JUST REMEMBERED THAT I HAVE TO GO GROOM MY POSSUM BEFORE HE GETS SASSY! Well, I know it won't compare but, how was your weekend??? :)
